We respect and value the privacy of everyone who uses our on-line booking forms to book classes & services, or visits our website www.holisticpetbehaviour.co.uk, and will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law. What Data Do We Collect: When booking a service through our on-line booking form, we may collect some or all of the following personal data:
• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Pets name
• Pets details
• Payments made for Services through Square Payment System, are through Google Pay. Any cardholder information transmitted to these payment providers remains with the payment providers and we have no access to this sensitive data. You can choose to keep payment details on file with Square for future payments. Square and Google Pay transactions are subject to Square and Google Privacy Policies
Payments for other services are made via direct payment by the client and no payment details are ever retained on file.
6. How Do You Use My Personal Data: Under the GDPR, we must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data, or because it is in our legitimate business interests to use it.
Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
• Supplying our products and services to you. Your personal details are required in order for us to enter into a contract with you
• Communicating with you. This may include responding to emails or calls from you
• Supplying you with information by email that you have opted-in to (you may unsubscribe or opt-out at any time by emailing info@holisticpetbehaviour.co.uk)
• Analysing your use of our Site and gathering feedback to enable us to continually improve our Site and your user experience.

7. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data:
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. The following factors will be used to determine how long it is kept: • When you make a booking, we'll keep the personal data you give us for five years so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations. At the end of this retention period your data we will deleted completely.

We will only store or transfer your personal data within the European Economic Area (the "EEA"). The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. This means that your personal data will be fully protected under the GDPR or to equivalent standards by law.
